Our pasta manufacturing plant

 

Our mission is what leads us to do everything we can to produce an extraordinary Pasta. We do it by creating revolutionary innovations, making our production more sustainable and making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.

Our Pasta manufacturing plant is located in Senigallia, in the Marche region, and includes the brands Pietro Massi, Pietro Massi 12 and Pasta Massi.

Gaetano Castiglione
Co-founder and CEO

 

Gaetano Castiglione is an entrepreneurial manager with more than 30 years of international experience.
In March 2018 he founded, together with Pietro Massi, the Italiana Pastifici S.r.l., owner of the brand Pasta Pietro Massi.

Inventor and mechanical manufacturer with more than 30 years of experience in the sector of machines for the production of dry pasta, Pietro Massi has totally devoted himself to reinterpreting conventional production models, achieving a real revolution over the years.

He is in charge of the R&D department, which has allowed Italiana Pastifici to hold today several patents for the processing of pasta according to innovative cold production logics.

 

In all the production phases we operate at low temperatures, constantly controlled and in the absence of mechanical and thermal stress.

Thanks to sophisticated technological innovations we are able to produce a high-quality Pasta with excellent nutritional characteristics.
